A HARLOW teenager has pled guilty to breaching his bail.

Dylan Davis, aged 18, of Blackbush Spring, pled guilty to the following.

On 29/03/2018 at Harlow having been arrested by a constable for breaking a bail condition, namely a curfew between 19.00 and 07.00 daily.

Curfew condition to be electronically monitored, being a person released on 24.11.17 by Chelmsford Crown Court being under a duty to surrender into the custody of a court.

Davis has been re-admitted to conditional bail until the Crown Court hearing at Chelmsford Crown Court on 13/04/2018.

Conditions: Curfew: curfew between 19:00 and 07:00 daily.
