A HARLOW woman is set to attend court on a careless driving charge.

Nagina Ali, aged 37, of Waterhouse Moor has been charged with the following.

On 13/12/2017 at Loughton drove a BMW car on a road, namely M11 Southbound at Loughton, without due care and attention.

The charge alleges that Ali was undertaking vehicles at excess speed, failing to indicate and switching from lane 1 to 3.

A second charge alleges that Ali drove a BMW on the M11 at a speed exceeding 70 miles per hour. The speed recorded varied between 80 and 90 mph for a distance of 0.5 (half) mile

The case has been adjourned to April 24th at Southend Magistrates Court.
