DID you see a theft near Southern Way, Harlow, overnight on Wednesday, May 2nd?.

Suspects took 30 large rubber mats from a field a short distance away from McDonalds between 7pm and 8.45am.

The mats were in place to assist vehicles carrying out engineering works in the area. The mats were black, around 20mm thick and had a chequered pattern on them.
