THE next exhibition is of rich and vibrant paintings by Teresa Pemberton rooted in landscape and including her response to excavations on Dartmoor.

The paintings are complemented by ceramics by Kathryn Hearn. Her sculptural porcelain vessels are inspired by the Cambridgeshire Fens and the stoic attitudes of fenlanders.

In many ways the ceramics and the paintings are in contrast. However they both have similar energy and passion and make a bold and lively statement. It is very interesting to look at these works together and appreciate what they share.
