THE LAMB naming competition triggered after lamb number 13 was stolen from Pets’ Corner has seen a short list drawn up.

Good samaritan, Veronica Johannsson found the lamb outside her front door on the edge of the town park.

Now, Pets’ Corner, Harlow Council and Veronica have got together to find a name for the poor ewe, somehwat ominously known as Lamb No 13.

Veronica has chosen the following names which have made the final eight:

Angel

Clover

Curly-Wurly

Hannah

Lucky

Summer

Veronica

Wanda
