Harlow woman escapes jail after committing “serious assault outside nightclub”

A HARLOW woman has escaped jail after a serious assault outside a nightclub.
Skie Cable. aged 21, of Wharley Hook, Harlow led guilty at Chelmsford Magistrates Court to the following.
On 01/10/2017 at Harlow used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby.
On 01/10/2017 at Harlow resisted a constable in the execution of his duty
On 15/09/2017 assaulted another by beating him.
The court heard that Cable had committed a sustained attack resulting in serious injuries with her feet akin to a weapon used. It was committed outside a night club whilst intoxicated and under the influence of drugs,
Cable was committed to prison for eight weeks, suspended for 12 months.
She has been out on a supervision programme and fined £400.
There is no way this would have been suspended if it was a bloke. I guess some people are more equal than others.
