Harlow woman escapes jail after driving car seven times over the limit

A HARLOW woman has escaped jail after being found close to seven times over the drink driving limit in Harlow.
Emma Luck, aged 44, of Five Acres, Harlow pled guilty to the following at Chelmsford Magistrates Court.
On 04/04/2018 at Harlow drove a motor vehicle, on a road, namely Five Acres, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in your breath, namely 179 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit.
Th offence took place during the day.
Luck was sentenced to four months in prison, suspended for twelve months.
She was fined £200 and placed on a number of rehabilitation programmes.
