Harlow man pleads guilty to owning dangerously out of control pit bulls

A HARLOW man has pleaded guilty to being in charge of a dog, which was dangerously out of control.

Kirk Barnard, aged 46, of The Gardiners, Harlow was charged with the following.

On 20/03/2017 at Harlow, were the owner of a dog, namely Rocky, pit bull terrier, which was dangerously out of control in The Briars, Harlow.

On 20/03/2017 at Harlow, were the owner of a dog, namely Tyson, a pitt bull terrier, which was dangerously out of control in The Briars, Harlow

On 20/03/2017 at Harlow, had in your possession or custody a dog to which section 1 of the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 applied, namely Tyson, a pitt bull terrier .

Keep the dogs and put him down.
