A PACKED audience came together in Harlow on Wednesday night for the second Harlow Town Centre Awards.

Co-hosted by Andrew Richardson from Phoenix Resource Centre and the leader of Harlow Council, Cllr Mark Ingall, the evening was a celebration of Harlow businesses at a time when there is a great deal of optimism.
