Teenage girl from Harlow charged with supplying crack cocaine

A TEENAGE girl from Harlow is to stand trial on charges that she dealt heroin and crack cocaine.
The seventeen-year-old girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is set to appear at Chelmsford Youth Court charged with the following.
On 22/05/2018 at Harlow you were concerned in the supplying of a quantity of “crack” cocaine, a controlled drug of class A, to unknown persons in contravention of section 4(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
On 22/05/2018 at Harlow were concerned in the supplying of a quantity of diamorphine, a controlled drug of class A, to persons unknown in contravention of section 4(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
On 22/05/2018 at Harlow intentionally obstructed a police officer, in the exercise of his powers under section 23 of the Misuse of Drugs Act, 1971.
She has been remanded on unconditional bail until July 20th.
