The Stow shopkeepers hit by burglary epidemic

A NUMBER of shops in The Stow have been hit by a wave of burglaries in the shopping precinct.
YH went down to the area on Saturday lunchtime and found out that the following shops have been hit.
Lee Valley Cycles: July 23rd
Three bicycles stolen. Damage to front shutters.

Cafe Delight: July 10th,12th, 15th and 18th.
Entry by back entrance.
Tiaras:July 10th. Number of hairdressing items stolen.
Peaches Wedding Shop: July 23rd.
Entrance by back door.
Jewellery stolen
Dorringtons: Unknown
To date, Essex Police have not issued a press release in relation to the burglaries however two PCSOs did pop down on Saturday lunchtime to “offer reassurance”.
By the time we turned up they were gone.
We will build up a bigger picture of what has been stolen over the next few days.
