THE HARLOW 10 mile run is set for Sunday September 9th, 2018.

It starts and ends at the Mark Hall Sports Centre and winds its way though Church Langley through Hastingwood, Hobbs Cross, down Foster Street onto the Latton Street cycle track and back to Mark Hall.

It is really well organised and has a lovely spirit. We really do recommend it. If you have run a 10K then have a go at adding less than three miles to your challenge.
