FOUR Harlow teenagers have been charged with using threatening behaviour.

Dylan Davis, aged 18, of Blackbush Spring, Harlow plus three others, who cannot be named for legal reasons, have been charged with the following.

On 18/02/2017 at Harlow used or threatened unlawful violence towards other persons and your conduct was such as would cause a person of reasonable firmness present at the scene to fear for his personal safety.

The case has been adjourned until August 26th, 2018 at Chelmsford magistrates court.
