HARLOW Running Club members were in action at several events over the weekend. At the multi-terrain Bedford Half Marathon Martin Westley finished in 80th place out of 1953 finishers in an excellent PB time of 1hr 28min 59sec. He was followed by Paul Schroder 507th in 1.52.01, Laura Prime 568th in 1.54.02, Wendy Schroder 949th in 2.07.30, Alan Chatterton 1246th in 2.18.45 and Liz Roberts 1820th in 2.53.45.

Meanwhile at the Dunstable Downs Half Marathon Sean Flynn finished in 30th place out of 79 finishers inm 1.58.28.

At the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park 10K Danny McCree finished in 13th place out of 374 finishers in a superb 38.24, Martyn Coulter was 27th in 40.48, Andy Kitson 41st in 42.32, Kerry Mavris 113th and 2nd Female Vet 40 in 50.42, Louise Cootes 158th in 54.13 and Karen Kitson 372nd in 1.33.15.

At the Takeley 10K Robert Scott finished in 23rd place out of 428 finishers in 45.05 (PB), Martin Elven was 55th in 47.55 (PB), Pasquale Pellicchia 63rd and 2nd Vet 60 in 48.38, Paul Dixon 64th in 48.40, Janice Page 161st and 3rd Female Vet 55 in 54.53, Vanessa Bull 236th in 59.49, Dean Bull 267th in 62.14, Lindsey Pearson 341st in 68.08, Julie Bradley 342nd in 68.21 and Kim Wookey 367th in 70.50.

At Boston parkrun in Massachusetts Colin Baker finished in 6th place out of 65 finishers in 19.34 (PB).

At Hackney Marshes parkrun Ben Usher finished in 39th place out of 294 finishers in 20.10, Paul Schroder was 67th in 21.54 and Darren Rautenbach 99th in 23.14.

At Ware parkrun Sean Flynn finished in 13th place out of 74 finishers in 23.22 and Teresa Stickland was 36th in 30.44.

At Bishop’s Stortford parkrun Graham Saville finished in 45th place out of 305 finishers in 23.55, Alan Wellbelove was 82nd in 26.15, Spenser Brooks 255th in 35.39 and Helen Brunton 256th in 36.04.

At Milan parkrun in Italy David Page finished in 39th place out of 80 finishers in 26.34.

At the Gunpowder parkrun at Waltham Abbey Debbie Barry finished in 51st place out of 181 finishers in 26.39.

At Stevenage parkrun Andy Kinney finished in 191st place out of 325 finishers in 31.59.

At Great Yarmouth parkrun Terasa Holden finished in 286th place out of 340 finishers in 35.36.
