ESSEX Police have charged a man with dangerous driving, drug driving, taking a motor vehicle with consent, driving without a licence and insurance and failing to stop following a pursuit on the M11 near Harlow.

Jimmy-John Willett, 18, of Hurst Drive, Waltham Cross, is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Friday, November 16.

He was charged yesterday, Monday, September 17, in connection with an incident at around 12.50am on Friday, July 13.
