Chair of Harlow Council hosts civic service

THE chair of Harlow Council hosted a civic service at St Paul’s church in the town centre on Sunday afternoon.
Councillor Maggie Hulcoop led a group of dignitaries and residents from the civic offices in the Water Gardens to the church.
Among the speakers was the leader of Harlow Council, cllr Mark Ingall, Rev Martin Harris, vice chair of Harlow Council, cllr Clive Souter, the managing director of Harlow Council, Brian Keane as well as a number of community leaders.
The theme of the day was reconciliation and forgiveness.
Music came from an Indian Group and Daniel Bell.
