ESSEX Police has yet to charge anyone in relation to an incident in which two teenage boys were seen with what was believed to be a firearm.

The incident happened back in June when they were called to reports shortly after 1pm, Wednesday, June 27, that a man had been assaulted on Northbrooks in Harlow by two teenage boys who were seen with what was believed to be a firearm.

Officers attended and carried out a search of the area assisted by the force helicopter but the firearm or the teenagers were not located.

The victim, a man in his 30s, was treated for minor injuries. No firearm was reported to have been discharged.
