IRELAND’S NUMBER ONE ENTERTAINER
BORN FOR THE ROAD
2019 UK DATES
TICKETS ON SALE THURSDAY 20TH SEPTEMBER
FOLLOWING the success of his current Autumn tour, Irish Country-Pop crossover star Nathan Carter announces his Born For The Road 2019 tour.
The 20-date tour starting in Harlow on January 24th runs through to April 14th in Motherwell; the run also includes a date at the London Palladium on March 17th.
Without a doubt, he is fast becoming one of the UK’s most prolific touring artists, with his energetic showmanship proving irresistible for fans across the UK.
As one of Ireland’s biggest live music acts, Nathan is becoming a household name, with tracks from “Stayin’ Up All Night” becoming hits, such as “Wagon Wheel” and “I Wanna Dance”.
Having recently played (2017/2018) arena shows in Ireland at the 3Arena Dublin and SSE Arena Belfast, this summer he cemented his superstar status performing for Pope Francis at the World Meeting of Families event in Croke Park Dublin.
Success has also been replicated in the pop charts; he’s previously beaten the likes of Drake and Beyonce to the top in Ireland, a monumental feat – with his last album, 2017’s ‘Livin’ The Dream’ being no different, going straight to No. 1.
Growing up in a house where Country and Western music filled the air, Nathan was exposed to classic songs of Johnny Cash, Don Williams and Dolly Parton. From the tender age of 4 years old, not only learning to play guitar, piano and accordion, which plays a vital part in his live show, Nathan quickly became head chorister in the Liverpool Boys choir where he toured the world and even performed in front of the Pope in Rome.
