Harlow man set to stand trial over handling stolen £2,000 pedal cycle

A HARLOW man is set to stand trial over dishonestly handling a stolen £2,000 pedal cycle.
Kirk Barnard, aged 47, of The Gardiners, Harlow, has pleaded not guilty to the following.
Between 03/08/2018 and 01/09/2018 at Harlow, dishonestly received stolen goods, namely a bike, to the value of £2,399.00 belonging to Lee Valley Cycle, The Stow, knowing or believing the same to be stolen goods.
A trial date at Chelmsford magistrates court of October 31st has been set.
