A PLANNING bid for a three storey building in New Hall was rejected by Harlow Council’s planning committee on Wednesday night.

A number of local residents from Sparrowhawk Way as well as Old Harlow councillor, Joel Charles spoke against the application.

The applicant spoke in support of their bid.
