Man in court on race hate charge after disturbance at town centre pub

ESSEX Police has charged a man with racially aggravated harassment, criminal damage, assaulting police officers and possession of drugs following an incident in Harlow.

Richard Holland, 31, of Potter Street, Harlow, is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, January 16.

It follows a disturbance at a pub in Kitson Way at around 7pm on Saturday, November 3. A man was arrested at the scene.
