HARLOW parkrun is set to celebrate its fourth birthday on Saturday.

The first 5k run around Harlow Town Park took place on November 8th, 2014.

Since then the run gets a regular 200 plus participants who undertake the challenging but satisfying run.

It is not a race, you are just challenging yourself so it is all about your personal goal.

On that occasion he tweeted: “Nov 1974: Being passed by the runners on pitch and putt hill as part of the Burnt Mill school cross country course. Nov 2014: Nothing changes!”
