A MAN has been arrested following an incident in Harlow.

Essex Police were called to an address in Red Willow at around 8.50am on Wednesday, February 13th following reports of a disturbance involving two people.

They attended and arrested a 27 year-old man on suspicion of assault and violence to secure entry.

He is currently in custody.
