Police attend disturbance at Mecca Bingo in Harlow

POLICE were called to a bingo hall in Harlow after reports of a disturbance .

Officers attended at Mecca Bingo on Terminus Street in the town centre, Harlow on Sunday evening at approximately 8pm.

Reports suggest that the incident centred on a male being asked to stop talking whilst the bingo was taking place.

A police spokesperson said: “We were called at around 8.25pm yesterday, Sunday, February 17, with reports of a disturbance at Mecca Bingo, in Terminus Street, Harlow.

We received reports of a group of people fighting with two women reporting to have been assaulted.

We arrested a 25-year-old man from Slough and a 31-year-old man from Romford at the scene on suspicion of assault. They have both since been released without charge.

Who would want to be around that area,at night ? Ms Harvey should be getting up to speed with her long term protection plan for all of us. The vandals weren't even local.
