ESSEX Police have charged Ross Payton, 27, of Great Auger Street, Newhall, with grievous bodily harm with intent and he is due to appear at Chelmsford Crown Court on Thursday, March 21.

It follows an incident in Market Street, Old Harlow at around 9.30pm on April 20 last year.
