A MAN is due to appear in court next week where he will be charged in connection with a fatal collision in Harlow.

A motorbike and a pedestrian, 82 year-old Dennis Piper, were in collision in Cambridge Road on October 3, 2017.

Mr Piper was taken to hospital but, sadly, later died.

Daynolin Reddy, 30, of Mayfield Road London, E17 has been summoned to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on April 10 where he will be charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
