WORKERS have resumed operations on the crooked cross at the top of the Our Lady of Fatima church spire in Harlow.

In November, 2017, high winds made the cross tilt at the First Avenue church.

Since then, the church has been trying to raise funds for what is an expensive repair that can cost up to £50,000.

After an eighteen month hiatus, it looks like work has resumed.
