FOUR young people from Harlow have launched a campaign to address the problem of crime and fear of crime in Harlow.

Their organisation is called “People Make A Difference”.

YH met two of the members, Marlie James and David Woolcott and asked them to tel us little bit more about the organisation and their plans for the future.
