Harlow man pleads guilty to dog being out of control and attacking a man on Latton Common

A HARLOW man has pleaded guilty to a charge that his dog was “dangerously out of control” on Latton Common.
Glen Wise, aged 38, of The Readings, Harlow was charged with the following.
On 28/08/2018 at Harlow was the owner of a dog, namely Jacob, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross style dog, which was dangerously out of control in Latton Common, Harlow and whilst so out of control injured a person.
On 28/08/2018 at Harlow in the county of Essex had in your possession or custody a dog to which section 1 of the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 applied, namely Pit Bull Terrier type dog .
He has been remanded on unconditional bail until July 31st when the case returns to Chelmsford magistrates court.
