Appeal for witnesses & dash cam footage to serious collision

POLICE Officers investigating a collision on the A120 yesterday afternoon, Sunday 21 July, are appealing for witnesses and dash cam footage of the moments leading up to the collision.
A spokesperson said: “We were called around 3.50pm with reports that a motorcycle had been travelling the wrong way on Thremhall Avenue when it was in collision with a silver car.
The motorcyclist, a man in his 20s, was taken to hospital by air ambulance and remains in hospital in a life-threatening condition.
The car driver, a woman in her 60s, was taken to hospital as a precautionary measure.
“We’d like to speak to anyone who saw, or has dash cam footage, of how the motorcycle was being ridden prior to the collision.
“Please contact the Serious Collision Investigation Unit on 101 quoting incident 922 of 21 July or by emailing [email protected]”.
