Investigation after man stabbed near old Passmores school site.

Statement from Essex Police

“We are investigating following an incident in Harlow where a man sustained a stab wound to his arm.

“We were called to Tendring Road at around 2.50pm on Sunday 4 August.

It was reported a man on a red bike assaulted the victim with a knife.

The victim’s injury is not life-threatening or life-changing.

Our enquiries are ongoing.

Statement from East of England Air Ambulance Service

“An ambulance, an ambulance officer vehicle and Essex and Herts Air Ambulance were called to Tendring Road, Harlow shortly before 3pm yesterday (August 4) following reports that a man had been stabbed.

“One patient was transported to Princess Alexandria Hospital for further assessment and care”.

1545 hrs

A NUMBER of emergency services are in attendance on Tendring Road in Harlow.

They have sealed off an area just after the cycle track on the old Passmores side, just opposite Harlow Fields school.

Uniformed and plain clothes police are in attendance.

Air ambulance attended but has taken off without a patient.
