A MAN has been fined over £500 for using his mobile phone whilst driving in Harlow.

Michael Tilley, aged 51, of Cambridge Road, Ugley, pleaded guilty to the following at Chelmsford magistrates court.

On 12/01/2019 at Harlow drove a motor vehicle, namely Land Rover Discovery on a road, namely Second Avenue, when you were using a hand-held mobile telephone

He was fined £547 and give six penalty points.
