Harlow woman pleads guilty to possession of CS gas canister and producing cannabis

A HARLOW woman has pleaded guilty to possessing a CS gas canister and producing cannabis.

Caroline Wilkinson, aged 30, of Canons Gate, Harlow made the plea at Chelmsford magistrates court to the following charges.

On 18/06/2019 at Harlow produced a quantity of cannabis, a controlled drug of class B, in contravention of section 4(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971

On 18/06/2019 at Harlow without the authority of the Secretary of State, had in your possession a weapon designed or adapted for the discharge of a gas, namely CS GAS.

Wilkinson has been made subject to a community order. Curfew requirement with electronic monitoring: Be under a curfew for six weeks from October 31st.

She was also fined £170.00
