BACK in March, we caught up with the newly-formed Parkrun and Beyond.
The running group was formed late in 2018 by Adrian Fell, as an opportunity for runners of all abilities to take part in a dedicated training session on the track at Mark Hall.
Since then over a hundred different runners have benefitted from the sessions.
Last Wednesday, the session was 8 x 400 metres with a two minute recovery time.
Before that, there is a rigorous warm up and after that, a proper warm down.
We caught up with Adrian, a full qualified personal trainer, to see how the group was progressing.
