FLY-tipping continues to be a problem on the outskirts of Harlow.

One area that has a particular problem is the area between Foster Street and Magdalen Laver.

We have passed it on to Hastingwood councillor, Richard Morgan, who told us he was going to follow it up with Epping Forest District Council.
