THE rail commute from Harlow to London is one of the most expensive in the country according to new research.

Around 40% of rail fares are “regulated”, including Season tickets on most commuter journeys. A Labour government would cut regulated rail fares by 33% from January 2020, therefore it is in the interests of Harlow commuters to vote for Laura McAlpine tomorrow, 12 December.
