EARLIER this week, Harlow Council told us that a number of bin wagons were finding it difficult to get down some of the streets in Harlow.

The defence came as thousands of residents were not getting their bins emptied.

Many believe there may be more to this and we will come to that later however, a reader sent a video clip from Little Brays this morning, which clearly shows a wagon finding it impossible to get through the area.

Our reader said: “This is ridiculous. Parking is getting worse. If bin lorries cannot get down the streets then nor can fire engines.”
