Harlow Council reject bid to convert office block into flats

A COMPANY seeking to convert an office block into flats in Harlow has had their bid turned down by Harlow Council.
The leader, cllr Mark Ingall made the announcement at a meeting of the Labour-run Cabinet last week.
Before changes were made, companies could do so without recourse to planning permission.
The company will now have to put in a formal planning application said councillor Ingall.
