Harlow’s key organisations meet to co-ordinate community action over coronavirus

HARLOW MP Robert Halfon chaired a meeting of a large number of key organisations as the town braces itself to deal with the growing Covid-19 pandemic.

Amongst those at the emergency meeting was the chief executive of Harlow Council, Brian Keane; executive head of Passmores Academy, Vic Goddard; chief executive of Rainbow Services, Jemma Mindham, the deputy leader of Harlow Council, cllr Eugenie Harvey and many others.

Health concerns meant some tuned in via social media and all observed rules via social distancing. The group do not plan to meet again.

After the meeting, we spoke to Mr Halfon about the meeting and what happens next.
