YOU may have noticed that one subject has somewhat dominated our on-line newspaper over the last week or so.

We are a public service broadcaster and it is our duty, however, we do feel that we need to try and break up the site and inject a little blue sky into proceedings.

So with that in mind, we will try, starting from today to do some different stuff.

We are speaking to musicians, actors, writers about pieces that showcase their talents. There are teachers that will be putting pieces on.

Our town has a rich history and so we will be putting up more items in our heritage section.

And we will just do some stuff, you know, stuff. As we go along, you will get the idea.

We have loads and loads of ideas. Some will work and some will not but as we said, it is just not sustainable to make every story about Covid-19.

We need your help and we welcome any ideas at all. So if you are thinking “Why don’t you do stories on such and such?” E-mail us and say “Why don’t you do a story on such and such?”
