Harlow Leisurezone freezes direct debit payments for customers

Leisurezone Closure Due To Government Mandate

Statement from Harlow Leisurezone

BASED on the latest Government advice to delay the spread of Covid-19, we’ve closed Leisurezone for the time being.

We know this will be disappointing for you, just as it is for us. But in the midst of this pandemic, it is important for us all to think about the wellbeing of our whole community.

Being active and healthy is even more important in times like this, both to stay strong mentally as well as physically. But for now, our highest priority is minimising the spread of Covid-19.

What does this mean if I have already paid?

Our regular direct debit customers should have received an e mail advising them of the changed arrangements during the closure period, as direct debits have been frozen.

For any other services that have already been booked and paid for during the closure period. Please rest assured that you will not be charged and where we have sufficient booking details to be able to contact you, a credit will be allocated to you, in due course. Please bear with us during this difficult period, as our onsite access is now very limited.

How long will closure last?

We’re following the advice from the Government and Public Health England to make sure we do the right thing for everyone in the community. At the moment, we are unsure as to how long these measures will be in place. We will keep our website updated as soon as we know more.

A huge thank you from everyone at Leisurezone

Thank you for all the amazing support you have given to us and to everyone working at Leisurezone. It has made a huge difference and we appreciate it so much.

Hopefully it will not be too long before we are able to return normality but in the meantime please look after yourself, and keep safe.
Very best wishes,
