Free parking at The Water Gardens

AS a result of COVID-19 (coronavirus), and due to government restrictions, the following The Water Gardens’ essential stores and services remain OPEN:
ASDA
Barclays
Santander
(please check opening times)
Please note all other stores are closed until further notice.
To help customers during this difficult period and make their experience as contactless as possible, parking will be FREE until further notice.
A spokesperson said: “The health of retailers, centre teams and visitors is paramount and we are working hard to ensure people are being supported.
We thank you for your patience and understanding during this challenging time. We will keep our customers updated of developments via our various digital communication channels”.

On 27th August we parked our cat YR51RYD and shopped ar ASDA and several of your other retailers and returned within the 2 hours so that AZDA gave us a docket for your machine to scan and told us it was free. We held the symbol up to the reader but it was faulty and did not confirm anything except that we had been there under 2 hours. We still have the docket and the receipt for our main shop at ASDA. After this we did use the other machine but when it asked for money we did not have any and could not see a problem since we were entitled to free parking. However HORIZON PARKING have sent pictures of our car and a £60 fine. I am quite happy to bring the docket, the Asda receipt and the fine from your contractors Horizon into your office tomorrow because we are not internet savvy having long retired from work

Just don't use the Water Gardens car park !!!!
