Man charged with damaging Old Harlow law firm’s windows

A HARLOW man has been charged with damaging the windows of a Harlow law firm.

David Johnson, aged 56, of Hart Road, Old Harlow has been charged with the following.

On 01/06/2018 at Harlow without lawful excuse, damaged two windows to the value of £732 belonging to Wilson Davies and Co of Station Road, Old Harlow, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged

Johnson has been remanded on unconditional bail until 15/05/2020 at 14:00 in Courtroom 70, Chelmsford Magistrates Court.

In order to comply with government guidelines on social distancing the courts are postponing all non-urgent work.
