Excited children are discovering their new teachers for September through a series of big reveal videos.

WHILE ongoing Coronavirus restrictions prevent many pupils from going into school, teachers at Little Parndon Primary Academy, in Harlow, have recorded videos to introduce themselves to their new classes.

Headteacher Mark Evans said: “As we haven’t been able to have the children in the school to meet their new teachers, we tried to make a fun and exciting way for the children to find out. 

“Each teacher recorded their own reveal video to introduce themselves to their new class and told them about their classroom and the things they will be learning.

“We really do not want the children to be anxious about returning, to realise we are fully prepared for their return and that we can’t wait to have them back.”

Throughout the summer break, pupils will receive more videos showing them their new classrooms and some of the new systems introduced to meet the Coronavirus safety guidelines.
