THE DEPUTY leader of Harlow Council has detailed how her Recovery and Resilience Committee is committed to trying to get Harlow back on its feet.

Councillor Eugenie Harvey has told YH that there is no “magic wand” but they are determined to make every effort to help the town.

YH sat down with Cllr Harvey (thank you to the New Ground Cafe in Newhall) to discuss how she hopes the committee will work.
