YEAR 11 pupils at Saint Nicholas School have been celebrating some very good GCSE results today. 97% of pupils achieved at least five GCSEs at grade 4 and above which maintains the trend over the last four years and 87% of pupils achieved grade 5 and above in all their subjects, which is an increase on last year.
Headmaster, Adrian Petty, said: “We are immensely proud of the results that our Year 11 pupils have achieved today. This year’s grades increase follows the upward trajectory of our results over the last three years. After what has been the most challenging of years, in which this group of hardworking pupils have demonstrated such tremendous commitment and resilience, they have now been rewarded with the grades that they deserve and we congratulate them all.”
