POLICE Officers from the Operation Raptor drug squad team executed a warrant at the Small Copper pub on Momples Road, Harlow this morning, Friday 4 September.

The warrant was part an operation to tackle illegal drug activity in the area.

Warrants were also executed at addresses on The Hides, Fullers Mead and at Edmunds Tower.

Drugs, suspected to be cocaine and cannabis, were recovered during the search and two people have been arrested on suspicion of drug supply offences.

They remain in police custody.

Update: Monday September 7th.

Essex Police has clarified that no arrests were made at the Small Copper pub nor drugs found.
