HARLOW Running Club member Pas Blackwell completed the Bedford Box End Standard Triathlon (Swim 750m, Bike 37.4km, Run 10km) finishing in 4th place out of 163 finishers and 1st Vet 40 in an excellent 1hr 56min 32sec.  
  
Meanwhile at the Eton Dorney Sprint Duathlon (3k run, 10k bike, 3k run) Rob Lowe finished in 2nd place out of 14 finishers in 1.03.07.
