Woman arrested at unlawful traveller camp in Harlow

A WOMAN was arrested at the scene of an unlawful traveller encampment on Monday.
The location of the camp was off Second Avenue (opposite Harlow Leisurezone).
An Essex Police spokesperson said: “A 40-year-old woman arrested on suspicion of obstructing a police officer was given an adult caution.
“A second woman was also voluntarily interviewed”.

Anyone else would have been nicked, perhaps Essex police are learning from the Kent force.
