HARLOW Running Club member Tony Harman completed the multi-terrain New Forest Half Marathon at Dorset finishing in 431st place out of 550 finishers in 2hrs 37min 08sec.

Meanwhile at the Race the Chilterns Duathlon (10.5k run, 78k bicycle, 20k run) Kerry Mavris finished in 4th place out of 7 finishers in 6hrs 11min 25sec.

At the Storm the Lakes 3k swim at Lea Valley Country Park, Cheshunt, Gail Nicholls finished in 1hr 00min 10sec.
